Sister Juliana Beck worked with a volunteer to write a grant to remodel the Dorothy Day House. Parishioners donated labor from Frances De Sales, St. Sebastian, and Our Lady Queen of Heaven parishes. This dedicated crew cleaned, painted, and made things shine like new while another community member donated labor to lay down new carpet. The kitchen has been remodeled and all of it was either donated or paid for with grant money. So many hands working together to bring the vision to life.
